Hongkong International Youth Film Festival (HKIYFF) is organized by the Hongkong International Youth Film Festival Association (HKIYFFA). Adhere to the purpose of the association of “Empower Youth, Enlighting Future”, our festival is committed to helping, supporting, exploring and promoting young people with potential, talent and dreams. It provides opportunities for young filmmakers and to provide a platform for their efforts and Talents.

The first session of Hongkong International Youth Film Festival is scheduled to be held in Hongkong from 6th August to 8th August, 2019. Through film exhibitions, professional forums and awarding ceremony, etc., the festival provides a platform for international exchange, learning, cooperation and expression for young film talents, and to promote the worldwide artistic creation and development of young film talents. The theme of the first festival is “New Youth, New Image”. Film units such as long film unit, short film unit, documentary unit, student film unit and children film unit, etc. will be set up in the festival.

3. SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED：WORLDWIDE
4. QUALIFICATIONS
1)
The film or works submitted shall be finished during June 30th,2017 to June 30th,2019.
2)
The sub-titles of submissions shall be English or Chinese.
3)
The submitters shall HOLD full copyrights or authorization from the copyright owner. The Organizer shall not be liable for any legal disputes or losses arising from copyrights, trademark, video or audio copyright, etc.
4）
The live screening is not abligation of the organizer, which should be discussed separately.
