Since its establishment in 2018, the Hongkong International Youth Film Festival Association  (HKIYFFA) has been shouldering dreams and missions, constantly pursuing excellence and surpassing oneself, building a platform for young filmmakers and assisting the Chinese film industry. End of this year, the HKIYFFA ‘s 5th Anniversary celebration dinner and retrospective exhibition will be held, where new and old guests will gather and experts from various fields such as film, television, culture, politics, and business sector will share the feast; The 4th Asia Chinese Film Festival & the 3rd Asia Film, TV & Media Industry Summit，which are organized by HKIYFFA, and the 1st Belt & Road World Culture Art Festival hosted by the Hong Kong International Cultural & Art Exchange Center, will be held the same time.
